24/7 Operation with ±1℃ Temperature Control

 

In cold chain logistics, temperature stability is the critical factor in preserving food quality. Taking meat preservation as an example, when temperature fluctuations exceed 1°C, it causes intensified muscle fiber contraction and accelerates protein denaturation. This not only compromises texture but also leads to nutrient loss.In strict compliance with international food preservation standards, EL Cold Chain requires cold storage facilities to maintain precise temperature control within a strict ±1°C range.

• Precision Temperature Control: Using electronic expansion valves to achieve precise refrigerant flow regulation and demand-based cooling. Even in low-temperature conditions of -20°C, it delivers stable refrigeration output while maintaining temperature fluctuations within ±1°C.

• Temperature Uniformity Assurance: Featuring 24/7 fan motor operation and multi-dimensional airflow optimization, the system ensures consistent temperature distribution throughout the storage space, eliminating localized hot spots that could compromise product quality.

Enhanced Heat Exchange System: The structural reinforcement of key unit cooler components maintain high heat exchange efficiency while providing reliable long-term operational stability, significantly extending equipment service life.   

 

 

CO₂ transcritical refrigeration system utilizes advanced variable frequency drive technology combined with high-precision electronic expansion valves to form an intelligent regulation system, delivering exceptional temperature control performance. With 1Hz-level speed modulation capability, the system dynamically matches real-time cold storage load variations. This innovative approach completely eliminates the drawbacks of conventional fixed-speed compressors—which traditionally required frequent cycling on/off just to maintain ±1°C temperature accuracy.

 

Features of the CO₂ Refrigeration System

Energy efficiency: The CO₂ transcritical refrigeration system operates with evaporation temperatures of -28°C for low-temperature applications and -5°C for medium-temperature applications. The combined effect of parallel compression and variable frequency control technologies significantly boosts system energy efficiency. Additionally, the system reliably maintains shutdown pressures and a fully automated PLC-integrated control system to ensure operational reliability

Compact design: Compared to conventional refrigeration systems,  CO₂ Rack System enables more compact design while delivering equivalent cooling capacity.

Heat Recovery Capability: recovering high-temperature hot water (up to 90°C) for dramatically improved comprehensive energy utilization efficiency.
